Building permits are required for all construction, including but not limited to: accessory buildings, decks, fences, home additions, satellite dishes, and temporary signs. All building permits must be approved by the Village Planning Commission.
A Building Permit Application should be completed and returned to the Department of Public Works. If you have questions about building permits and fees, Email Bruce Neerhof or call (920) 459-3881.
Planning Commission meetings will be scheduled on the fourth Thursday of the month at 4:30 p.m. All plans must be submitted by Wednesday of the week prior to the meeting date to be included on the Planning Commission agenda.
